Sterilization & Hygiene Standards
Patient safety is our top clinical priority. We follow strict international 6-step sterilization protocols:
Post-Treatment Recovery Instructions
After Root Canal Treatment (RCT)
Mild tenderness when biting is completely normal for 48–72 hours as the periapical tissue heals. Avoid chewing hard, sticky, or crunchy foods on that tooth until the permanent crown is cemented. Take prescribed analgesics as advised by Dr. Tarun Kalra.
After Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning & Scaling
Mild thermal sensitivity can occur for 1–2 days after calculus removal. Brush gently with a soft toothbrush using lukewarm water. Rinse with warm salt water twice daily for gum soothing.
After Minor Oral Surgery or Extractions
Keep the sterile gauze pad firmly in place for 45 minutes. Do not spit, rinse vigorously, or use a drinking straw for 24 hours to protect the blood clot. Stick to cool, soft foods and apply a cold compress to the cheek for swelling prevention.
